Driving from Florida's East Coast:

• Take I-95 south until you reach the Hollywood Boulevard exit.
• Go west on Hollywood Boulevard to 35th Avenue.
• Turn north (right) and drive past Hollywood Memorial (a large general hospital) to Garfield Street.
• There you will see the Hollywood Hills Nursing Home.

Driving from North Central and Central Florida:

• Take I-75 south to where it joins the Florida Turnpike at Leesburg.
• Take the Florida Turnpike south until you reach the Hollywood Boulevard exit.
• Go east on Hollywood Boulevard to 35th Avenue.
• Turn north (left) and drive past Hollywood Memorial (a large general hospital) to Garfield Street.
• There you will see the Hollywood Hills Nursing Home.

Driving from Florida's West Coast (from Hernando County south):

• If you are already south of where I-75 meets the Turnpike at Leesburg, simply take I-75 all the way to I-595.
• Follow I-595 east to the Florida Turnpike.
• Take the Turnpike south to the Hollywood Boulevard exit.
• Go east on Hollywood Boulevard to 35th Avenue.
• Turn north (left) and drive past Hollywood Memorial (a large general hospital) to Garfield Street.
• There you will see the Hollywood Hills Nursing Home.
