Hollywood Hills Nursing Home and Rehab Center offers an outstanding family support system through our Social Service Department. They assist with individual needs, available community resources and discharge planning.

An in-house Dietitian offers a variety of menus catering to personal preferences and dietary limitations. Meals are graciously served in our attractive dining room.
